1. Bachelor Degree or above, specialized in electronics or electronic mechanism.
2. Minimum 1 year experience in IC designing.
3. Familiarity with one of the following design is necessary:
A. Power management IC.
B. OP Amplifier or Audio power Amplifier.
C. Sound effect IC.
D. AM/FM receiver Transmitter IC .
E. Other analog IC.

B3. IC Probing engineer and technician
1. Colleague degree or above, specialized in electronics or electronic mechanism.
2. The basic knowledge on circuit, the ability in reading and writing, thinking independently, good communication skill, related experience is preferential.

B4. DIGITAL IC designer
1. Bachelor degree or above, specialized in electronics or related with electronics.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in IC design.
3. Familiarity with one of the following design is necessary:
A. Consumer IC.
B. Remote controller IC.
C. Telecom IC.
D.MCU-based IC.
