DESCRIPTION

The UTC UD65501 is a 65V/5A Step-down converter which is

integrated with high-side power MOSFET and low-side driver for

external MOSFET.

The UD65501 can deliver 5A of output current efficiently with

constant on time (COT) control for fast loop response.

The UD65501 achieves high power conversion efficiency over a

wide load range by scaling down its switching frequency under

light-load conditions to reduce switching and gate driving losses.

The UD65501 has built-in protection features, such as

cycle-by-cycle current limit, hiccup mode short-circuit protection, FB

open/short protection and thermal shutdown.
