DESCRIPTION

The UTC BAT74 is a Planar Schottky barrier double diode with

an integrated guard ring for stress protection.

Two electrically isolated Schottky barrier diodes, encapsulated

in a small SOT-143 Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic

package.
