U74AUP1T08N Datasheet
 LOW-POWER 2-INPUT AND GATE WITH VOLTAGE-LEVEL TRANSLATOR

DESCRIPTION

The UTC U74AUP1T08N provides the single 2-input AND

function. This device ensures a very low static and dynamic power

consumption across the entire VCC range from 2.3V to 3.6V.

Designed for logic-level translation applications, the UTC

U74AUP1T08N accepts with input switching levels compatible with

1.8V low-voltage CMOS signals, while operating from either a single

2.5V or 3.3V supply voltage.

A wide supply voltage range allows stable operation even as

battery voltage decreases from 3.6V to 2.3V.

The device is fully specified for partial power-down operation

using IOFF. When powered down, the IOFF circuitry disables the output

and prevents damaging backflow current through the device.

Schmitt trigger inputs provide tolerance to slower input rise and

fall times over the entire VCC range.

FEATURES

* Low power dissipation

* Wide supply voltage range from 2.3V to 3.6V

* Inputs accept voltages up to 3.6V

* IOFF supports partial-power-down mode

* High noise immunity
